One statistical area. Total nonfarm is seasonally adjusted. The other rows keep the BLS not-seasonally-adjusted flag. Payroll employment and the resident labor force are different measures.
Compare
Two to six areas, one metric. Levels stay in BLS units, so a larger metro is a larger level. Percent changes are the aligned comparison. An index is off unless you turn it on, and then it is labeled index Jan 2018 = 100.
